3. Product Availability & Pricing
All products listed on our website are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or refuse a sale at our discretion.
Pricing is dynamic and can change based on market conditions. The price at checkout is the final price unless a technical error is discovered.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
For orders above ₹2,00,000, PAN card details are mandatory in accordance with government regulations.
4. Order & Payment
Orders can be placed online, and confirmation will be sent via email or SMS. Lalta Prasad Sarraf is not responsible for errors in contact details provided by the customer.
We accept payment via Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, and credit/debit cards. All transactions are secured through encrypted gateways.
Advance booking requires a non-refundable payment to lock in a specific gold rate. The remaining balance must be paid within 25 days. Failure to pay the balance will result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, payment issues, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 3–7 business days from order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.
We provide tracking details once the shipment is dispatched. Customers are expected to inspect packages upon receipt.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Returns are accepted only in case of genuine product defect, damage during transit, or incorrect item received.
Exchange is allowed within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the original bill, certificate, and packaging.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
Custom-made, engraved, or altered products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We only sell BIS hallmarked gold jewellery, and our diamonds are certified by authorized gemological laboratories (where applicable).
